A Doll's House, Part 2
Trinity University's Department of Human Communication and Theatre presents Lucas Hnath's acclaimed A DOLL'S HOUSE, PART 2 from Sept. 29 to Oct. 8 in The Attic Theatre.
Henrik Ibsen's 1879 masterpiece A DOLL'S HOUSE ends with Nora Helmer's shocking decision to leave her husband and children for a life on her own. This climactic event--when Nora slams the door on everything in her life--instantly propelled world drama into the modern age. In A DOLL'S HOUSE, PART 2, 15 years have passed. There is a knock on that same door. Nora is back. But why? Humor and dramatic twists fill the 90-minute, intermission-less story that follow. Trinity Theatre's production is directed by Stacey Connelly. The shows scenic design is by Martha PeƱaranda, costumes by Kellie Grengs, and lighting by Andrew Lopez.
A DOLL'S HOUSE, PART 2 performs in the Attic Theatre, with a capacity of 75 seats. Seating is first come, first served. Reservations are highly recommended.
